Do I need to sign in to use the service?

No sign up required. You have access to:

• Documents: 1-5 minutes depending on complexity
• Batch operations: Processing time multiplied by number of files

Converting Your First File

2. Drag and drop your file or click "Browse Files"

3. Share your link
4. Friends and Family clicks the link and sends an anonymous message
5. Go back to Dashboard, read the messages

Troubleshooting

Conversion Failed

If your conversion fails, try these steps:

• Try on a device with higher specs e.g. Laptop
• Check that your file isn't corrupted
• Ensure the file size is within limits
• Try converting to a different output format
• Clear your browser cache and try again
• Contact support if the problem persists

Upload Issues

If you can't upload files:

• Check your internet connection
• Disable browser extensions that might block uploads
• Try using a different browser
• Ensure JavaScript is enabled
• Check that the file format is supported

Slow Performance

If the site is running slowly:

• Close other browser tabs to free up memory
